Praana

Thirteen health apps.
Or just this one.

Sleep, stress, training, food, blood work and your cycle, read together instead of scattered across three or four apps that never speak to each other. Every feature, free.

Everything in the app

Thirteen features,
one place, one account.

Sleep score, Stress score, Fitness, Workout, Food, Meal plan, Body composition, Blood Report, OvaFlow, Ara, Journal, Medication reminder and Health News. Most people run four apps that never speak to each other. Praana reads all of it together, which is the only way any of it means anything.

Aura

Know what kind of day today is

Praana reads the night you actually had and turns it into one number before you have opened anything else.

  • Sleep score: stages, efficiency and a bedtime score that tells you when to stop
  • Stress score: heart-rate variability and resting heart rate read against your own baseline
  • Fitness: steps, VO2 max, cardio trends and heart-rate zones
  • Body composition: body fat, visceral fat, body age and BMR
  • Blood Report: read straight off a lab PDF or a photo of the printout
  • Journal: private, and lockable behind Face ID or your fingerprint

Ara

A coach that has already read your data

Ask in plain words. Ara answers from your own numbers, and says so when it is not sure.

  • Ask anything about your own health history
  • Doctor visit prep: your last months summarised for the appointment
  • Health News: filtered feeds, with a short version at the top
  • Answers in your language, not just English
  • Every AI answer is labelled as AI, every time

Grind

Training that reacts to this morning

Plans built around today's recovery, your goal and the equipment you can actually reach.

  • Workout: AI sessions that adapt to how you recovered and what you lifted last week
  • Log sets by voice without touching the screen mid-set
  • Form check using on-device pose detection, with honest limits
  • Point your camera at a gym rack and Praana lists what it can see
  • Personal records, streaks, 1RM, plate maths and rest timers
  • Run splits, warm-ups and cool-downs

Food and Meal plan

Food, without the data entry

Scan a barcode or photograph the plate. Praana handles the rest and connects it back to your bloodwork.

  • Food: barcode scanner and an AI camera scan for meals with no label
  • Meal plan: reads your blood report and targets what you are low on
  • Macro rings, micronutrients and a calorie balance you can read at a glance
  • Fasting windows, supplements, hydration and caffeine, all in one place
  • Grocery lists and batch-cooking mode generated from the plan

OvaFlow

Cycle tracking that changes the rest of the app

Phases do not just get logged. They move your training load and your nutrition targets with them.

  • Phase prediction that learns from your own history
  • Training and nutrition guidance that shifts by phase
  • Symptoms, tests and flow, synced with Apple Health and Health Connect
  • Share a live view with a partner by scanning a code, revoke it any time
  • Quiet reminders before a phase changes

Everyday

The parts nobody demos

Most of an app's life is the ordinary days. These are the pieces that carry them.

  • Medication reminder: rings through a locked screen, with a senior mode and an emergency med card
  • 89 languages across 25 writing systems, four of them right to left
  • A dyslexia-friendly reading mode with its own fonts and spacing
  • Apple Watch app and home-screen widgets on iPhone
  • Works on iPhone and Android, from the same account

Reads and writes Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android, so Praana fits around the devices you already wear.

What it looks like

The actual screens.

Taken from the app, not mocked up for this page. Each feature themes itself, which is why the colours change as you scroll.

The short answers.

The eight things people ask before they trust a health app with their data. Each card carries the question, and the answer sits right under it.

Move your pointer across the deck to browse, click a card to bring it forward, or use the arrow keys. The longer versions of these answers are in the FAQ below.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

What does Praana cost?

Nothing. Praana is free on the App Store, with all thirteen features included, no in-app purchases, no subscription and no advertising. The AI features cost money to run, so a limit or a paid tier is possible one day, but it would be announced on the pricing page and inside the app before it happened rather than appearing overnight.

Do you sell my health data?

No. It is not sold, and not shared with advertisers or data brokers. Your health data stays on your device, in Apple Health or Health Connect. When you use an AI feature, only the context needed for that one answer is sent to generate it, and it is not used to train anyone's model.

How do I delete my account and everything in it?

Settings, then More, then Delete Account. It runs on the server and removes your profile, synced data, analytics and sign-in account straight away. What sits in Apple Health or Health Connect stays on your device, because that is yours rather than ours. Backups are purged within 30 days.

Do I need a watch?

Only for two things. The stress score needs heart rate variability and the sleep score needs sleep data, so both need a wearable. The other eleven features do not: food, meal plans, workouts, blood reports, cycle tracking, body composition, the journal, medication reminders, hydration, Ara and the news feed all work on the phone alone, and your phone counts steps by itself.

Is Praana a medical device?

No, and it will not pretend otherwise. Praana is a wellness tracker. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything, and its readings are not clinically accurate. It is built to help you notice patterns and ask better questions. For anything medical, talk to a doctor.
